We do everything we can to make sure your experience with us is positive and straightforward. These terms and conditions explain our interactions with you and what happens if you can’t attend an event.
Tickets for events
If you cannot attend an event, either online or in-person, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
We can only offer refunds if the event in question has been cancelled or rescheduled.
Where a concessionary ticket is purchased, proof of identity and concession entitlement (for example of age or student status) may be required.
Online events access
Online events will be broadcast online at the specified time but will be available to watch at your convenience for the duration of the festival. Please note, for UEA Live: Spring 2021 this does not include the film by Ali Smith and Sarah Wood, which was made to be shown only once, on Wednesday 5 May at 7pm, and can only be viewed at that time.
Once you have registered your online attendance via the UEA Store, you will be provided with a URL link, which will be active at the time specified in your confirmation email.
Tickets bought online are subject to a postage and processing fee of £1.20. Tickets will be posted out 2nd class for events that are more than seven working days in the future. Tickets bought online up to one week before the event will only be available for collection, as we cannot guarantee that they will arrive in time if posted. Tickets can be collected from the Lecture Theatre Foyer from 6pm on the day of the event.
We take no responsibility for tickets lost in the post.
Donations for the autumn 2020 FREE online events
