Joanna Cannon

Sunday Times bestselling author Joanna Cannon will join us to celebrate the release of A Tidy Ending, a compelling and clever mystery featuring an unfulfilled woman fleeing a dark past and a spate of sinister crimes in suburbia, described by Marian Keyes as ‘Original, macabre… Never less than intriguing, it had me holding my breath!’ Joanna will be in conversation with Jarrold Book Buyer, Holly Ainley.

JOANNA CANNON

Joanna Cannon’s first two novels, The Trouble with Goats and Sheep and Three Things about Elsie, were both Sunday Times bestsellers and Richard and Judy picks. Together they have sold over 840,000 copies worldwide. Previously working as a hospital doctor before specialising in psychiatry, her interest in people on the fringes of society continues to inspire her writing.

“Joanna Cannon creates a world that is so real, so parochial and stifling you can feel it. Then adds in a killer. Glorious.”
